This program is designed to equip youth ages 16 and 17 to take an active role in volunteer leadership at Manidokan. This program will also serve as the first step on a path toward potential future summer employment. CITs will spend time training with current staff and then put their skills into practice as they help that week with younger campers. Successful completion of the program would allow for further volunteer weeks during the summer, preferably a minimum of two weeks during the summer.
