At Manidokan we are happy to provide our guests with healthy and delicious meals. Our meals are served family style in the Friendship Hall, located centrally at the main camp area, where groups can enjoy wonderful views of the river and beautiful sunsets.
The Friendship Hall offers open seating for all guests with approximately 6 – 8 persons per table. There is an ample salad bar and drink station that are self-service during meals.
Our meals/menus are created by the Food Service Director; taking into consideration the total number of guests, any special food allergy/dietary restrictions reported in advance and age and type of groups. The staff is well versed in vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets.
In accordance with Washington County Health Code the kitchen is not open to the public, so guest groups are not able to use the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
Our Food Service Director’s name is Jason Rhoads.
